அறவாழி யந்தணன் றாள்சேர்ந்தார்க் கல்லாற்
பிறவாழி நீந்த லரிது.

法（のり）の大海という神の足下に身を寄せる人以外は、
他の大海（X)を泳ぎ渡るのは難しい。

The feet of the Lord who is the ocean of Virtue
Will help to cross the sea of birth.
Unless His feet 'the Sea of Good, the Fair and Bountiful,' men gain, '
Tis hard the further bank of being's changeful sea to attain.
None can swim the sea of vice,
but those who are united to the feet of that gracious Being who is a sea of virtue.
