The apparent and the Real
Man is constituted of the apparent and the Real. Evaluation of these two enables right living.
Body is apparent. It is the perishing reality. Babyhood, childhood, youthhood, maturity, old age, death --- these modifications are characteristic of the body. The self is the persisting reality. It undergoes no change. Man is to safeguard the body until its annihilation and constantly cherish the self.
Be fixed in the thought that you are the immortal Atman.

L'apparent et le Réel.
L'homme est constitué d'apparent et de réel. L'évaluation de ces deux éléments permet de vivre correctement.
Le corps est apparent. C'est la réalité périssable. Petite enfance, enfance, jeunesse, maturité, vieillesse, mort --- ces modifications sont caractéristiques du corps. Le soi est la réalité persistante. Il ne subit aucun changement. L'homme doit sauvegarder le corps jusqu'à son anéantissement et chérir constamment son moi.
Fixez-vous dans la pensée que vous êtes l'Atman immortel.
