MEDITATION
It is meditation when a concentrated thought flows incessantly towards its ideal. Any time is meditation time. But morning and evening are most suited to it.
Meditation is the means for man to develop his higher faculties. Meditation may be on anything noble and elevating. A landscape, a great idea, the sun, the lamp flame, effulgence in the heart --- these are some of the common objects of meditation. The presence of Divinity in the heart is the best object of meditation.
Deep meditation leads to intuition.
